Calculating sales tax for web2print orders is critical to any successful Print Commerce site.
Many Web2Print systems simply don't offer this capability which puts the print owner at risk.

Order on Account!
If a user account is enabled for ordering on account then the default checkout option is to just enter the Purchase Order number and they are done - Simple!
If they want to pay by credit card just uncheck the option and the credit card processing will appear. Customers without the purchase order option enabled will only see the credit card checkout option.
