TribalSketch is available with two pricing models.
The monthly service model includes an initial setup and then ongoing monthly hosting. The initial setup includes the following:
a. Initial Site Design
During this phase of the project we work closely with you to determine the market segment you are targeting and the message you wish to convey. We look at any artwork or design ideas that you may already have and put together layout ideas for your approval. Once the final design is complete then we convert it to industry standard XHTML. You will receive a copy of these files and will own the rights to them.
b. Install File Download Component
To save you money and provide you with an additional level of security, the file download option delivers files directly to a box running at your site. Your customers uploaded files never reside on our server (with the exception of the online design projects). The download componet is installed on a standard windows box with internet access at your location. This is a component that you will own.
c. Product Configuration
We work with you to configure the products for your site and help you get started putting up the products and pricing.
d. Site Configuration
We work with you to configure the site for shipping service accounts, credit card gateway setup, google analytics and any other configurations needed.
Setup is normally covered with a couple of small initial payments, one at the start and the other prior to going live, this is then followed with monthly hosting fees in line most standard web hosting plans.
In this model we provide everything described above, but instead of installing your site on our servers - we install everything on your equipment at your designated location.
In addition we also provide you with a copy of the source code for the web components - with the exception of the designer source code.
